Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of schedbuilder at https://schedbuilder.com and related services. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

schedbuilder is an online weekly schedule builder. Free users can create and export schedules locally in their browser. Registered users may access cloud storage, sharing, and other features. Pro and Teams plans add additional capabilities as described on our pricing page.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout. You may cancel anytime from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact schedbuilderofficial@gmail.com for billing disputes.

You retain ownership of schedules, tasks, and other content you create. By using cloud features, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the service. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Use the service for spam, malware, or unauthorized automated access
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Circumvent plan limits or security measures
• Resell access to the service without written permission

schedbuilder, our logo, UI design, and original code are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or brand assets.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that schedules will sync perfectly with third-party calendars. See our Disclaimer for planning-specific limitations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, schedbuilder and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or restrict access for violations of these Terms or to protect the platform. Upon termination, cloud data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
